ANTONIO OFTELIE 

Antonio Oftelie is Associate Director of the Harvard Policy Group on Network-Enabled Services, and the Leadership for a Networked World (LNW) Program, at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government where he works on the development and marketing of executive programs for corporate and public organizations. His current area of research and application is on strategies for leading technology-driven innovation and change.


Mr. Oftelie specializes in visioning, strategic analysis, and direction in the functional areas of organizational strategy and business planning, product and service ideation, brand development and marketing, and strategic alliance and public/private partnership development. He has over 15 years of experience serving in public and private organizations, including as Business Development and Marketing Director for the Student Educational Loan Fund where he led the growth in loan portfolio revenue from $12 million to over $38 million in four years; as co-Creator and Director of the nation's first workforce portal — the Internet System for Education and Employment Knowledge; as a Director at iSeek Solutions where he led the organizations strategy and legislative initiatives; and, as the founding partner and President of Amotion Consulting which advised both corporate and public clients including VisionShare Incorporated, Lawson Software, Minnesota's Department of Economic Development, the Federal Department of Labor, and the Federal Department of Commerce.

Mr. Oftelie holds a BS in Management and Ethics from Crown College; and an MPA with a Business and Government Policy concentration from Harvard University — where he focused his studies on leadership, finance, and public policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, and on strategic management, technology, and innovation at the Harvard Business School.
