The workshop covers designing and implementing IT-related reforms, especially 'cross-boundary' (or multi-institutional) projects. These, for example, are often organized to improve homeland security, health care, enterprise-wide customer service, etc.
Here's a more complete description and agenda: http://www.3ecompass.net/content/June_2005_Description_Agenda
Scholarships will go to those whose projects would benefit from the workshop, and especially to those whose projects are likely to be of interest to others at the workshop.
To apply, send a 1-2 page description covering:
- the problem your project addresses or plans to address
- the stakeholders involved
- how your project might gain from the workshop and
- how others might gain from learning more about your project
Applications must be received by 9:00 a.m. Monday, May 24th, and sent to 3E_project@ksg.harvard.edu. Decisions will be announced by May 31st.
Please distribute this note to others who might benefit.
Good luck, and best regards,
Jerry
