CUSTOM PROGRAMS
The Leadership for a Networked World Program (LNW) Program customizes programs for a wide range of organizational clients. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of the client, and draws on the expertise of Harvard faculty and senior leading-edge practitioners.
Custom programs can be “horizontal”—concentrating on management and leadership issues, such as portfolio management, governance, finance, and communications; or “vertical”—concentrating on public problems, such as those involved in e-health, homeland security, law enforcement, education, energy, and environment.
Often, organizations may wish to create awareness of issues and subject matter knowledge among a particular group. These may be decision-makers or leaders from within a particular customer or industry segment, such as those having policy or operational decision-making authority over technology acquisitions within certain lines of business, jurisdictions, or sectors, or across them. Or, the workshop participants may be a firm’s own leadership team, where the firm wishes to increase awareness and understanding of the public sector issue set, procurement paths, and decision spheres in which it operates.
Custom programs can be held on location at Harvard University or can be held at a designated client location.
